Hello Homebaker!

Last month we went deep into the finest of all the enriched breads, the Brioche, and as if by stark contrast a quick to make, deliciously savoury Cornbread too!

Wholemeal Honey and Oat Loaf

Breads like this remind me just how tasty a wholemeal loaf can be. This one is fragranced with honey, bringing out the full flavour of the wheat. Oats add a biscuity quality to the crispy crust and texture to the crumb too.

 

Mozzarella and Garlic Pizza Breads

This is the one (for now at least!). My new favourite garlic bread using the pizza principle and an overnight rest. These bake-from-the-fridge balls of dough get so bubbly as they bake making these breads crisp underneath with a light airy crust containing a milky puddle of garlic mozzarella within. An absolute winner for me, and a lot of fun to make.

Perfect pea and parmesan pappardelle and a creamed feta and lemon carrot toast topper.
