International and EU Orders - PLEASE NOTE
Your parcel is shipped from the UK, please be aware that when a package is delivered within the EU or internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country.
The customer is responsible for paying these fees and sadly there is no way to calculate these prior to shipping.
Dispatch
Your parcels are picked and packed every weekday.
Orders placed by 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched that same day.
You’ll get a dispatch confirmation when your order leaves us and a tracking number.
Delivery
UK Parcels are sent via Royal Mail 24 (first class service)
Parcels to the rest of the world are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Prices will be calculated at checkout for you so you’ll be able to check them before you commit to pay.
Estimated delivery times from Royal Mail are:
UK: 1-2 working days.
Europe and the Rest of the World: 5-10 Working Days
Digital Gift Cards
Digital Gift Cards for the Bake with Jack online shop will be received via email straight away after purchase.

These timings are a guide. Sometimes things get held up and sometimes things even get lost, for even the postman (or lady) is a human being just like me and you.
