There is also a link in the main menu of the website that says “Club” which will take you to the club homepage where you’ll find all recipes, videos, and resources to browse as you wish. Have Fun!

Change your Email Address

First sign into your account here.

The “My Account” section will either pop up automatically, or there will be a link in the main menu to find it.

In the “My Account” section click “Profile”, then click your email address.

Fill out your new email address and enter your password to confirm the change.

Forgot your Password?

Click this link to the Sign In page. Click the “Forgot Password?” link at the bottom and follow the instructions to reset your password.

The videos don’t work!

Ahhhhh how annoying for you! First, please check your internet connection, refresh the page, and try again. Next, try logging into the club on a different browser.

If none of the above fixes the problem and you still can’t access anything, please send an email to club@bakewithjack.co.uk and I will do my best to fix things for you.

Cancel your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

First sign into your account here.

In the “My Account” section click “Subscriptions” and you’ll be able to view and cancel subscriptions.

You’ll still have access to the Homebaker’s Club for the remainder of your subscription term.
