Can you substitute strong white bread flour for something else? Yes you can! In this weeks video I bake FOUR different loaves our of FOUR different flours to try to illustrate the properties of each. Hopefully seeing these will help you make sense of what you have in your cupboards and make EPIC bread whatever you have.
