Probably the simplest, but definitely the most important bread tip. Double check every measurement before you continue

Bread Tip 8 - Why hasn't my dough puffed up?

If NOTHING has happened to your dough after you have rested it, and I mean NOTHING at all, it must be down to the yeast.

There is only one reason why your dough hasn't puffed up after resting... Yeast. There was something wrong with it or, you killed it (which is actually quite difficult to do so you probably didn't) Don't shape a loaf and hope for the best, it ain't going to happen...
