Hey Homebakers!
Would you believe it’s been three months since I announced the closure of Bake with Jack Ltd?
For those of you who don’t quite understand what is going on, it’s mostly a paperwork thing; the formal company (BWJ Ltd.) closes, I resign as company director, gently weep its demise (tick!) and become Jack once again.
Happier.
Healthier.
Helpful-er.
Running a “company” had been driving me crackers for years without me really realising and has turned out to be completely unnecessary in the first place.
And while I continue through this uncomfortable period or closure which is turning out to be really long, trying not to regret decisions of the past, I’ve been thinking about what created Bake with Jack in the first place, why I started, and what went wrong along the way, and I realise more than ever that…
I NEED YOU.
So, I had an idea.
Let’s rewind five years…
Bread Making Classes are Back
I’m kitting out the studio ready to welcome you in for proper, just-like-the-olden-days-but-better, hands-on bread making classes this September!
We’ll be making a variety of amazing bread in person together again, having a tasty lunch along the way, and just generally having a lovely time.
Bake with Jack was built on our experiences together in class in the very beginning in 2013. Every video idea, every nugget of wisdom, every recipe, every thing that you see actually came from you. You were my inspiration and the source of everything that I did.
I’d like to thank you for all I have become and I can’t wait to welcome you here to Bake with Jack towers when doors open in September.
Classes are ready to book now.
