Learn to bake some of my favourite Christmas breads in time for the big day! After this course you'll be well equipped with new ideas to wow your guests over the festive season.
You’ll be using traditional Christmas ingredients to create a variety of stunning breads from the sweet treats we all know and love, gift ideas, and a stunning centrepiece for your boxing day spread.
This workshop will be a real celebration, suitable for all abilities.
After this course you’ll have a solid understanding of:
What makes Stollen such a luxurious Christmas treat
Why homemade marzipan is far superior to shop bought in every way
How to incorporate savoury flavours in delicious buttery layers of bread dough
Combining enriched dough with festive flavours in all the best ways
How to make bread ahead of time and freeze ready for Christmas
…and how to bring it back to life like you just baked it 😉

Traditional Stollen with a homemade marzipan centre
A savoury bacon, brie and chestnut wreath
Fig, honey and hazelnut loaf
Christmas Mincemeat and Frangipane Bun
